I grew up in Fort Worth, Texas, where I developed a strong appreciation for family, hard work, and building meaningful relationships. My passion for childcare began through volunteer work in my church's children's ministry and was further solidified when I became a nanny for a child with autism. That experience taught me the importance of individualized care and confirmed my desire to build a career supporting children and families.
