Please Read Before Completing

This form captures your household management needs and officially initiates your search with The Baby Pros Collective. A Household Manager is a dedicated professional who oversees the full operational running of your home — not a housekeeper, not a personal assistant, but someone who owns the household so you don’t have to. Please complete every section thoroughly so we can source, vet, and present candidates who are the right fit for your home, your standards, and your life. Once you submit, a formal Placement Agreement will be sent via HoneyBook for e-signature before your search begins.

Terms & Conditions

By submitting this form, you are entering into a placement relationship with The Baby Pros Collective. Please review the following terms carefully. A formal, fully executed Placement Agreement will be sent to you via HoneyBook for e-signature before your active search begins. This brief initiates the process; the signed HoneyBook agreement is the binding document.

Placement Fee. Our placement fee is due upon acceptance of a candidate. The exact fee and payment structure will be outlined in your HoneyBook agreement based on position type and compensation level.
12-Month Replacement Guarantee. If your placed Household Manager does not work out within the first 12 months of employment for any reason, we will conduct one complimentary replacement search. This guarantee is contingent on the original placement fee being paid in full and the family maintaining the agreed compensation structure throughout.
Working Interview. We facilitate a paid working interview prior to finalized placement. This allows your household and the candidate to confirm fit before a commitment is made. The working interview is a required step in our process.
Candidate Exclusivity. Candidates presented to your family are sourced and vetted exclusively by The Baby Pros Collective. You agree not to hire a presented candidate outside of our placement process within 12 months of introduction.
Scope Integrity. The role as described in this brief will be used to write the official job description and source candidates accordingly. Any material changes to scope, schedule, or compensation after the search begins must be communicated promptly and may affect placement timeline or fee structure.
Honest Representation. All information submitted in this brief is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Misrepresentation of the role, household, or working conditions may void the placement guarantee.
Confidentiality. The Baby Pros Collective maintains strict confidentiality regarding your family, home, and personal information. We expect the same discretion from all placed candidates and screen specifically for this quality.

Your responses will be sent directly to The Baby Pros Collective. We’ll follow up within one business day with your formal Placement Agreement via HoneyBook.
