Terms & Conditions

By submitting this form, you are entering into a placement relationship with The Baby Pros Collective. Please review the following terms. A formal, fully executed Placement Agreement will be sent to you via HoneyBook for e-signature before your active search begins. This brief initiates the process; the signed HoneyBook agreement is the binding document.

Placement Fee. Our placement fee is due upon acceptance of a candidate. Fee structure and exact amount will be outlined in your HoneyBook agreement based on position type (full-time, part-time, or overnight/postpartum hybrid).
12-Month Replacement Guarantee. If your placed candidate does not work out within the first 12 months of employment for any reason, we will conduct one complimentary replacement search. This guarantee is contingent on the original placement fee being paid in full and the family maintaining the agreed compensation structure.
Working Interview. We facilitate a paid working interview prior to placement. This allows your family and the candidate to confirm fit before a commitment is made. The working interview is a required part of our process.
Candidate Exclusivity. Candidates presented to your family are sourced and vetted exclusively by The Baby Pros Collective. You agree not to hire a presented candidate outside of our placement process within 12 months of introduction.
Honest Representation. The information provided in this brief directly guides our sourcing. You agree that all information submitted is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
Dual-Role Expectations. You understand that a Hybrid placement requires clearly defined expectations for both childcare and household responsibilities. We will work with you to establish a role description that reflects both sides of the position accurately and fairly.
Amendment Policy. Any material changes to your requirements after the search begins (significant schedule changes, scope changes, compensation reductions) must be communicated promptly and may affect the timeline of your placement.

Your responses will be sent directly to The Baby Pros Collective. We’ll follow up within one business day with your formal Placement Agreement via HoneyBook.
