Meet Lauren
Lauren is an overnight postpartum doula, Newborn Care Specialist (NCS), and lactation consultant with over 15 years of childcare experience. She has also successfully run her own business for the past seven years, all while being a mother to three of her own.
Lauren is passionate about nurturing families back into a state of serenity so that both parents and babies feel equally supported and cared for. She specializes in safe pediatric sleep routines and preterm infant care, bringing both compassion and structure to the families she works with.
Lauren believes in gentle, empathetic care paired with thoughtful planning and safety, helping babies continue to sleep and thrive even when she is not present. She has been with her husband for 11 years, and in her free time she enjoys gardening, traveling to Disney, and cooking for her neighbors.
