WHAT WE OFFER

Our Overnight Care Includes:

  • Expert Care: Our trained professionals will look after your child between the hours of 8pm to 7am, ensuring a minimum of 10 hours of dedicated care. Our team is made up of Pediatric Nurses, Infant Care Specialists, and Postpartum Doulas, giving you the freedom to choose which caregiver is the right fit for your family.

  • Night Feeding Assistance: If you breastfeed, we will bring your baby to you and handle the transition back to their nursery, allowing you to stay in bed. For bottle-fed babies, we take care of all bottle preparation and cleaning.

  • Sleep Advice: Receive valuable tips and advice on how to improve your baby's sleep patterns. We also offer an upgrade to a comprehensive sleep training package if desired.

We strive to make your parenting journey smoother by offering dependable and affordable expert Overnight Care. We promise to show up ready to provide the most exceptional expert level care so you are able to fully relax and catch up on your much needed sleep.

Unlike other agencies, our client coordinator hand picks several providers to choose from to make sure that you have the most personalized experience possible. Once bios are sent to you and you’ve narrowed down your choice(s), you then have the option of a complementary in-home meet and greet with your potential Overnight Care Specialist(s) to make sure we’ve matched you with the best choice for your family. From start to finish, we make sure this experience is easy and completely supportive. Other agencies send out whoever is available that night leaving you wondering who will walk through your door and spend the night caring for your sweet little one. With The Baby Pros Collective you will know exactly who is caring for you baby and will be able to form a special bond with them over time.

Our rates start at $40 per hour (depending on the caregiver's experience), with options going up to $55 per hour. We require a 10-hour minimum for overnight care. Additionally, we offer reduced rates for contracts of four or more nights per week, and flexible payment plans and financing are available to fit your needs!
