Annual salary of $70,000 is based on a 32-hour guaranteed week at $42.07/hr. Hours between 32 and 40 per week are compensated at the standard rate — overtime at 1.5× applies only past 40 hours. Free replacement placement within 12 months is guaranteed under both payment options. The placement fee refund (50% of the replacement nanny's equivalent placement fee) applies only when the full fee is paid at signing. Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day are fully paid days off and do not count toward Tiffany's 2-week PTO allotment. New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day are required workdays when they fall on a normal scheduled day, paid at 1.5× the standard daily rate. Health stipend is paid weekly and is separate from the $70,000 salary figure.
