If a replacement nanny is needed for any reason within the first 12 months, The Baby Pros Collective will complete the placement at no additional agency fee.
Placement fee refund
If the replacement nanny's salary is lower than Tiffany's, the Robson family receives back 50% of the difference between the two placement fees.

Always off — does not count against Tiffany's 2-week PTO allotment
