We do things differently here — and that means the people who work with us do too. If you've been waiting for a role that actually matches your skill level, this is it.

What you'll actually do

As an Infant Sleep Trainer with The Baby Pros Collective, you'll work directly inside families' homes using our proprietary gentle methodology — the same method you'll be fully trained on before your first client ever opens their front door to you.

Parent and children — intimate family moment
  • Sleep train babies under 18 months in their homes using our unique, gentle method. Full training is provided before your first placement — you won't be sent in unprepared.
  • Shifts vary by package: either one to two nights (12-hour overnight shifts) with daytime phone and text support, or 48–72 consecutive hours in the client's home — depending on the package the family chooses.
  • Provide phone, email, and text support to parents throughout their 4-week contract period. You're their steady hand through the entire process, not just the overnight.
  • Conduct a thorough assessment of the baby's sleep environment, habits, diet, and daily schedule — then co-create a personalized sleep training plan with the family from the ground up.
  • Deliver a fully customized "next steps" plan to each family at the close of their 4-week program, so they're set up long after you've left.
  • Provide 2 coaching calls per client over the course of a year after training ends — because the relationship doesn't stop when the contract does.
  • Work with families across the Nashville area as an Independent Contractor on a team of talented women who genuinely support each other, with backup coverage always in place.
60% of package rate

Pay starts at 60% of the total package price. Packages range from $1,750 to $5,500 — meaning your per-placement earnings range from roughly $1,050 to $3,300. Continuing education and company trainings are paid for by us.

Required skills & qualifications

We're not looking for someone who just checks boxes. We're looking for someone who genuinely loves this work and is ready to do it at a high level.

  • Certified, or willing to become certified as a Sleep Trainer or Coach. We offer our own certification training for a small fee — you don't need to come in with one already in hand.
  • Willingness to learn The Baby Pros Collective method. Our approach is specific, gentle, and it works. Training on our method is provided at no additional cost to you.
  • 3+ years of professional experience working directly with infants. This is not an entry-level role.
  • Reliable transportation and residency in the Nashville area.
  • Must agree to a comprehensive background check. We serve high-profile families — discretion and confidentiality are non-negotiable. An NDA will be required.
  • Non-smoker. Ability and willingness to work overnight shifts on a semi-regular basis.
  • Excellent communication skills. You'll be the calm, knowledgeable voice for exhausted parents who need real information and genuine reassurance — delivered with confidence and without condescension.
  • Deep patience, empathy, and a nurturing nature. Sleep training is one of the most stressful parenting experiences there is. You need to be grounded and confident while meeting each family exactly where they are — without judgment, always.
  • Strong problem-solving instincts. Unexpected things happen inside someone's home at 3am. You'll handle them calmly and effectively, without needing to be told how.
  • Ability to hold strict confidentiality and deeply respect each family's preferences and parenting philosophy — even when it differs from your own approach.
Happy baby with siblings — well-rested and thriving
